How to Request a Return or Exchange
To get started, just follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Send us two clear photos:
- One of you wearing the item
- One showing the collar tag
- Briefly explain the issue (wrong size, defect, color difference, etc.)
Please note: We cannot accept requests made after 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags attached
- No alterations, changes, or modifications have been made
- A valid issue (wrong item sent, major defect, etc.) is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
You’re not eligible if:
- You ordered multiple sizes just to “try them on”
- The item was custom-made or personalized
- Tags or labels have been removed
- The return is due to a change of mind, accidental order, or it’s after 30 days

We will cover all return and exchange shipping costs for eligible orders.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your item:
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Amount will be returned to your original payment method

- Full refund for defective or wrong items
- Item must be in original condition
RMA Number
Approved returns will receive an RMA number for smooth processing.
