Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stage.

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, cancellation requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

If your order has already moved to the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipping preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
