Return Eligibility

  • All original tags must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

After this period, returns will not be eligible.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only
  • Customers must send the item to the return address provided after approval

Return Shipping Cost

  • No return shipping fee (Free returns)
  • Customers will receive instructions after approval

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees

Return Label

  • Return labels are provided as “Download and Print”
  • Instructions will be shared via email after your return request is approved

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

For exchanges, please contact our support team with details and images.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund (including shipping if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
