Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- All original tags must be intact
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

After this period, returns will not be eligible.

- Returns are accepted by mail only
- Customers must send the item to the return address provided after approval
Return Shipping Cost
- No return shipping fee (Free returns)
- Customers will receive instructions after approval
Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any restocking fees
Return Label
- Return labels are provided as “Download and Print”
- Instructions will be shared via email after your return request is approved
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

- Damaged items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Provide clear photo evidence

Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging
